Onshore Partner Visa (Subclass 820/801)

Enables the partner of an Australian citizen or permanent resident to temporarily (Subclass 820) or permanently (Subclass 801) reside in the country.

Skilled Visas (Subclass 489, 189, 190, etc.)

Allows skilled professionals to temporarily reside in Australia to work and study and may lead to permanent residency and citizenship. Family members can be included in the application depending on eligibility.
